How bookings work
Every booking on TopStays is a request, not an instant booking. A real person checks with you before anything is confirmed, so you never get a guest you didn't agree to.
A guest sends a request
They pick dates and party size, and choose a room, package or the whole property. You get an instant alert.
We check with you
Our team confirms the dates and rate with you by phone, so there are no surprises for either side.
You accept or decline
Respond in one tap from your owner portal. The guest gets an email at every step, so you don't have to chase anyone.
The guest pays you directly
Guests settle with you directly, on your own terms. Once the stay is over, mark the booking complete.
